Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Act as a trusted business partner to key support functions such as HR, Legal, IT, and Finance Operations
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Lead the monthly cost center reporting process for internal departments and senior management
- Prepare insightful analyses and commentary on global and regional operating expenses to support executive-level reporting
- Facilitate regular financial review meetings with support function leads to enhance transparency and financial steering
- Plan, analyze, and monitor OPEX forecasts and budgets
- Conduct variance analyses and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure accurate intercompany allocations in close coordination with Accounting
- Support ad hoc analyses and contribute to strategic scenario planning
- Collaborate with Group Controlling and Finance leadership on group-wide financial topics
- Participate in company-wide finance projects such as ERP system implementation and digital process transformation
- Act as key user for SAP S/4HANA in the area of Finance/Controlling
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial reporting processes
- Provide support to Global Sales Controlling on selected reporting topics
What you bring:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience in Controlling, preferably in a group or matrix organization
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets from various sources
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a high degree of responsibility and reliability
- Solution-oriented thinking, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment
