Rückzahlung schwierig

Die Ware wurde am 13.11.2023 bestellt und der Rechnungsbetrag am selben Tag per PayPal bezahlt. Die Zustellung war am 18.11.2023. Die Ware wurde zurückgeschickt und der Eingang der Ware bei Jack WOLFSKIN war am 21.11.2023. Die Gutschrift ist bislang nicht erfolgt, telefonisch ist niemand (Warteschleife) erreichbar. Eine Anfrage über Papal wurde von Jack Wolfskin damit beantwortet, dass man sich meldet, was bislang nicht erfolgt ist. Ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen, da ich finde, wenn die Bezahlung vor Warenlieferung erfolgt, sollte genauso die Gutschrift schnell nach Rücksendung erfolgen.

Very comfortable. They are waterproof under normal rain, still have to try them under heavy rain.

My hiking shoes

The shoes are comfortable (despite having Hallux Valgus on both feet I was able to hike for a week without trouble) It is quiet waterproof, with a bit of rain my feets stayed dry. And the shoes dryes quickly.

Nice shoes, only take a size bigger than normal. I have normally 42, but with hiking boots I always order 43. In this case they are still quite small. Quality is ok.
