die Schuhe haben den ersten Kälte und Nässeeinsatz mit Bravour überstanden. Kann sie wirklich empfehlen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Passform, man sollte hier mindestens eine Nummer größer wählen, wie in anderen Bewertungen zum Glück schon erwähnt, dadurch war ich bei der Bestellung schon vorbereitet und habe die passende Schuhgröße ausgewählt.

Zu klein und schlechter Kundenservice

Zu klein. Ich habe zurück geschickt. Nach 18 Tage kein Email und keine Rückerstattung. Nicht erreichtbar auf Email, Live Chat funktioniert nicht und per Telefon muss man mindestens 20 Minuten warten. Ich wusste nicht das Customer Service so schlecht ist.

Habe sie zwei Größen größer genommen, weil sie etwas kleiner ausfallen und man natürlich auch nicht die dünnsten Socken im Winter trägt. Sind aber absolut fantastisch: bequem, warm, Gelenk schonend und dazu noch schön anzusehen.
